At TerraWall, we don’t just build Retaining Walls,
We engineer them! That's the TerraWall Difference!
Unlike standard landscaping companies, every wall we design is backed by civil engineering expertise, ensuring your investment is safe, compliant, and built to last.
A retaining wall is a specially designed structure built to hold back or support soil, rock, or other materials. They are commonly used on sloped land to prevent erosion, create level areas for landscaping, and provide structural support.
Retaining walls can be built from a variety of materials, including concrete blocks, natural stone, timber, brick or even poured concrete, depending on the look and strength required.
In NSW, a retaining wall usually requires council approval if it is taller than 600mm, is within 1 metre of a boundary, easement, sewer, or water main, is within 40 metres of a water body, or is less than 2 metres from another retaining wall.
We take the headache out of this by assessing and Liaising with Council before commencing construction.
